This event is to promote and inform adults about key aspects of our young people’s health and wellbeing alongside their safety.  These core aspects of a young person’s life are strengthened by positive social relationships and good community networks.  This event is an opportunity to raise awareness of how we can support our young people with their wellbeing through an informal and supportive setting.

The event is a mixture of formal sessions as well as informal discussion groups and stands brought to the people of Stonehaven through collaboration of local partners including, Education and Childrens’ Services, Police Scotland and third sector volunteers.

People are welcome to along and enjoy the full event or drop in and out as to when it suits them best.  Formal sessions are available for individuals to book into through the Eventbrite system as well as stalls where people can come to chat to the people in the know!

This event is also an opportunity for the community of Stonehaven to say what they would find most helpful in supporting our young people make the right choices around their health and wellbeing.

Refreshments and nibbles will be provided by the pupils of Mackie Academy in the Main Hall so people can sit, relax and chat.
